Hier, le 28 mars 2023, le Grand Conseil Neuchâtelois a décidé de valider le changement de statut juridique de l’Association Réseau Orientation Santé Social en établissement autonome de droit public au même titre que le RHNe, le CNP et NOMAD. C’était un débat important dans le positionnement et la neutralité de notre institution. Le projet de loi a été validé par 92 voix et 3 abstentions.
